Entry is free to Club members only (see note below).

Really good races for first timers, very much social events with runners of all

abilities taking part from local East Yorks Clubs. 

 

A buffet is provided at the Ship Inn Sewerby after the final race when prize presentations

take place.

Registration and race numbers are now  available on Wed Club nights.

Race numbers are to be retained for all races.

Note - Due to increasing popularity from participating Clubs, limited facilities at rural village venues and 

the restricted nature of the routes, entry has had to be limited and regrettably guest runners are

not now permitted.
